Although not an exciting topic, the Liver plays a great role in our well-being. Our organs operate without our conscious effort but when we give attention to the Breath and Lungs we can calm or excite ourselves. This Routine was inspired by a Zoom class by Kseny Gray, a great teacher on YouTube. We pay attention to our feet and middle fingers to purge and enliven the physical and energy Liver.
